GIRL ONLINE REVIEW

Hello everybody!

Today I will be doing a blog post on something that is overdue, and that is the Girl Online book review!

I know I’m the last person to do a review, but I actually read the book in January, it was actually my very first read of 2015, but I hadn't come round to doing a review so I’m doing one today :)

So the book is about a teenage girl called Penny, who is 16. Penny’s parents are wedding planners, and they are planning a wedding which is Downtown Abbey themed in New York. They offer to take Penny, and her best friend Elliot joins them as well. When she gets there she falls in love Noah, but Noah has a secret.

So I know there had been a lot of things about the book being ghost written, but I’m going to ignore that and talk more about the ACTUAL book. So Girl Online was an easy read book, mainly because of the writing style I think it was easy to understand, so I think that this book was targeted to much younger readers. I really did like the characters in the story and I really liked how they were described, and the sort of problems captured which are very relate able to teenagers.I really liked the way Noah opens up to Penny and sort of their adventure together which I felt was the main story line, but I felt like them falling in love was such a quick process and I think I would've liked it a bit more if it was a slower process (if that makes any sense) however I loved the little twist at the end and was so relived that it was a happy ending and I just really liked the book. This is a book that I wouldn’t really pick up just because it wasn’t something that I thought was WOW, but overall I really did enjoy the book and I would recommend it, and the book cover is just amazing as well :)

I really did enjoy this book, and if you want more book reviews let me know! That’s all for today I hope this helped you guys out and the book will be linked below so check that out and yeah bye everyone :)
